当前(qian),环境问题(ti)是(shi)(shi)我国面(mian)临(lin)的(de)主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)社会问题(ti)之(zhi)一,而工业(ye)企(qi)业(ye)的(de)排(pai)(pai)污是(shi)(shi)我国环境污染(ran)的(de)主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)源头之(zhi)一,为(wei)了更好地(di)监(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)企(qi)业(ye)的(de)排(pai)(pai)污情况(kuang),很多地(di)区都采用排(pai)(pai)污在线(xian)(xian)监(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)的(de)方(fang)式进行。中海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)石油化(hua)学公(gong)司是(shi)(shi)海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)南(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)的(de)重点(dian)化(hua)工企(qi)业(ye),也是(shi)(shi)海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)南(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)的(de)污水治理(li)单位。在以前(qian),海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)南(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)环保(bao)部门(men)对企(qi)业(ye)的(de)排(pai)(pai)污监(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)是(shi)(shi)通过定(ding)(ding)期或不定(ding)(ding)期的(de)抽(chou)查进行的(de),这样即费(fei)时费(fei)力,又难以做到准确。2006年初,海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)南(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)环保(bao)局下发文件(jian),要(yao)求水污染(ran)重点(dian)监(jian)(jian)管企(qi)业(ye)安装在线(xian)(xian)监(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)系统(tong)(tong),以实现海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)南(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)环保(bao)监(jian)(jian)测(ce)部门(men)通过远程方(fang)式实时地(di)监(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)各重点(dian)单位的(de)排(pai)(pai)污状况(kuang)。环保(bao)部门(men)通过取得的(de)在线(xian)(xian)监(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)仪(yi)器的(de)数据,还有(you)望成为(wei)执(zhi)法证据。中海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)石油化(hua)学股份有(you)限公(gong)司被纳入海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)南(nan)(nan)(nan)(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)批在线(xian)(xian)监(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)系统(tong)(tong)实施范围。

 

中海石油化学公司主要生产产品是尿素和甲醇,其纳入监控范围是氨氮、COD和排放量三个指标。因此中海化学公司的排污监控系统主要实现的就是将氨氮、COD和排放量三项在线检测数据实时的传输到海南省环保监测站的主系统中,以满足环保部门对公司的排污情况进行监控。

水(shui)样(yang)预(yu)(yu)处(chu)理(li)主要控制水(shui)样(yang)的过滤。HACH的COD和(he)氨氮(dan)分析仪(yi)的采(cai)样(yang)单(dan)元(yuan)均有(you)预(yu)(yu)处(chu)理(li)功(gong)能(neng),能(neng)根(gen)据仪(yi)器(qi)的测量要求(qiu),对所采(cai)集的水(shui)样(yang)进行合理(li)的处(chu)理(li),同时(shi)有(you)自(zi)清洗(xi)功(gong)能(neng)。

评估(gu)定量分(fen)析:

根据该环保部门(men)的(de)(de)具体要(yao)求,可(ke)监测(ce)氨氮、COD等(deng)参数。各种仪表均能满足当地水质监测(ce)及流量监控的(de)(de)要(yao)求。

数据(ju)分析搜集及接入:

所选的仪器均带有4~20mA输(shu)出及(ji)MODBUS,RS485通讯(xun)输(shu)出功能,可以实现(xian)远程数据通信及(ji)双向控制。

 

1.3. 主要仪表及设(she)备选型

排污在线监测系统应能运行在工况环境条件较恶劣情况下,同时需满足现场操作简单扼要,易于运行维护及错误判断等要求,因此系统的设计始终要将系统的可靠性放在优先考虑的位置。充分考虑到各个监测点的具体情况,在系统设计及未来实施中,综合考虑本地的水质,流量,运行环境等褚多方面的因素。因此在系统设计和仪表选型方面尽可能要求高质量、高可靠性、成熟的监测设备。而在设备选型方面,最主要的是分析仪表的选型。选用稳定性好、测量数据准确可靠、抗恶劣环境能力强、测量范围满足要求的分析仪表,是整个监测系统稳定可靠的前提,否则监测到的数据质量就难以保证。而流量测量仪表的技术方面比较成熟,很多厂家的质量都比较有保障,在选型方面比较容易。(本文摘自网络,若有问题,可联系删除)
